There comes a point when the life you've built may still look good on the outside, but something about it no longer feels quite right.
I know that feeling because I've experienced it myself. Through my own seasons of change and transition, I learned that more advice or another plan isn't always what we need. Sometimes we need to step out of our usual routines, pay attention to what we're actually feeling, and give ourselves room to see what comes next.
I guide people who are ready to reconnect with themselves—not by becoming someone new, but by getting clearer about what they want, what they need, and what no longer fits.
I combine coaching with somatic movement, creative expression, sound, and reflective practices. These give you different ways to slow down, get out of your head, notice what you're experiencing, and uncover what may be ready to change.
Each experience is designed to feel grounded, supportive, and spacious—helping you move out of constant thinking and into greater awareness of what you're feeling, needing, and wanting.
My work is shaped not only by training, but by lived experience—
and a deep respect for the quiet ways we come to know ourselves.
My work draws on my background as a Recreation Therapist and my certifications as a Life Coach and Mind Body Coach, along with ongoing study across integrative and body-based practices.
My background as a Recreation Therapist taught me early on how movement, creativity, play, and meaningful experience can support wellbeing—not simply through conversation, but through doing and experiencing.
This includes work with:
Somatic awareness and movement
Sound healing
Creative expression
Mindfulness and subtle awareness practices
Over the years, I have guided individuals through private sessions,
group experiences, and retreats—
each designed to support meaningful, lasting shifts.
This work is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning to yourself—
with more clarity, presence, and trust.
