Not by becoming someone new.
By remembering who you've been all along.
There comes a point when life can look full on the outside—
yet something within quietly longs for more.
More space.
More connection.
If that’s where you are, you’re not alone.
Sessions may include somatic movement, creative expression, sound, and reflective conversation—helping you slow down, notice what you’re experiencing, and uncover what you need or want to change.
This is a space to slow down, get out of your head, and reconnect with what you’re feeling, wanting, and needing now.
My work grew from that understanding.
There was a season in my own life when the life I had built no longer fit in the same way.
I wasn't looking for another self-help book.
I wasn't trying to reinvent myself.
I wasn't searching for someone to tell me what my next step should be.
I was simply searching for small ways to feel more like myself again.
What I discovered surprised me.
It wasn't one life-changing moment that brought me back.
It was a series of quiet moments.
Movement.
Creativity.
Stillness.
Sound.
Time in nature.
Each one became a small step back to myself.
Over time, those simple practices created a profound shift—not because they changed who I was, but because they helped me remember who I had always been.
That journey became the foundation of what I now call The Art of Return™.
Today, I help women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find greater clarity about what they want and what comes next.

If you're feeling called to explore this work, the first step is a complimentary Clarity Session.
This relaxed conversation is an opportunity for us to connect, explore where you are, what you're seeking, and whether working together feels like the right fit. There is no pressure or expectation—simply a chance to be heard, ask questions, and discover what feels right for you.
The Art of Return is a signature method developed by
Jackie Trask using a cyclical, embodied process that you move through 5 stages meeting you exactly where you are.
Landing — settling into the body
Opening — softening into feeling
Attuning — listening within
Expressing — giving voice to what is true
Integrating— allowing it to live within you
Rather than pushing for change,
this process creates the conditions where clarity and self-trust naturally emerge.
Blending coaching with somatic movement, creative expression, sound, and reflective inquiry.
There is no one-size-fits-all program. We work with what is actually happening in your life, using conversation and embodied practices to help you understand what’s going on and decide what comes next.
Whether you are navigating a life transition, processing emotions, seeking direction, or longing to reconnect with yourself, this work offers a grounded space for insight, healing, and lasting transformation.
You don't have to arrive with a clear goal or a plan. We start with what is happening in your life right now—what feels unsettled, what you're thinking about, and what you may be ready to change.
Through conversation, movement, creativity, sound, and reflection, we slow things down enough for you to notice what you may not be able to see when you're simply thinking your way through it.

A five-day immersive experience.
A space to step away—
and return to your authentic self
in a deeper, more meaningful way.

These reflections come from individuals who have experienced this work through sound, movement, and creative sessions.
