Do you feel empowered in life? What does it mean to feel empowered?
For me, empowered is feeling confident in who I am. It is understanding what gives me pleasure in life. Empowered for me, means I am in control of the things in my life that I can be in control of. Life is too short not to enjoy it and to feel good about who you are!
I help people to gain a clear understanding of who they are and what their purpose is. I help people to value and prioritize what is most important in their lives
Have you been feeling a need to Reset the stress level in your life?
Have you ever just felt like you're on a rollercoaster and you cant get off? I know this feeling, as I was on that rollercoaster for years. I didn't know how to self soothe, how to take care of my nervous system or what my body needed. Then I found sound and energy work. I heard one crystal bowl and found the sound resonated so deep through me, that I needed to learn more about this!
Fast forward a few years, and after much studying, practicing and becoming certified in these modalities, I now offer profound healing sound journeys. These sound journeys, paired with energy work have completely changed my nervous system and it can help yours as well!
How do you reframe the life you are given so that it makes sense to you?
Sometimes our thoughts and beliefs are telling us what are life should look like and who we should be, but is this really true?
This is where exploration can be really fun! I love using creative arts to explore what is going on in our lives and what those deep answers may be. We all have the answers to life's questions within us, it's just sometimes buried deep within our consciousness.
Using a variety of modalities including: Phototherapy, Touch Drawing, Soul art, and Doodling, we can then begin to explore your life in a safe way. Through these processes we begin to make sense of our lives and are able to challenge our beliefs and to make a path that is aligned as to who we really are meant to be.
